Senior Systems Engineer - MFT

Team: Ensono Production Control | Shift: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM | Work model: 5 days a week, on-site, on-call rotation for 24/7 coverage

Ensono is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer for Managed File Transfer (MFT) support. You will monitor end-to-end file transfers, handle incidents and escalations, perform root cause analysis, and act as the primary contact for failed or delayed transfers.

Requirements

• Basic education or completed apprenticeship.
• Foundational IT knowledge, including Microsoft Office.
• Hands-on understanding of NDM (Connect:Direct / Network Data Mover).
• Desirable: Unix, Linux, Windows or z/OS; SSH and security certificates; ServiceNow.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to take on-call shifts on a rotational basis.
