About the Role

Quantela is looking for a skilled Angular Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to develop, enhance and maintain web applications. You will work on government applications, citizen service portals, departmental dashboards and workflow-based systems that require security, reliability, accessibility and a user-friendly interface. You will work closely with backend developers, QA engineers, business analysts and government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop, enhance and maintain Angular web applications.
Build components, services, guards and reactive forms, and integrate REST APIs.
Debug issues, optimize frontend performance and write readable code.
Ensure web security, accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Angular application development.
Strong knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 and CSS3.
Experience with Angular components, services, dependency injection, routing, guards and reactive forms.
Good understanding of RxJS, Observables, operators and asynchronous programming.
Knowledge of responsive web design and CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap or Angular Material.
Familiarity with Git-based version control systems.
Understanding of browser developer tools, debugging and frontend performance optimization.
Basic understanding of web security, accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.
Ability to write readable code and troubleshoot issues independently.
B.Tech, B.E, M.Tech or MCA in Computers.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with WCAG accessibility principles and GIGW (Guidelines for Indian Government Websites and Apps) requirements.
Experience implementing multilingual interfaces, including English and other languages.
Familiarity with state management such as NgRx or Angular Signals.
Exposure to unit testing, end-to-end testing and automated quality checks.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Linux environments and deployment processes.
Basic knowledge of OWASP guidance, secure coding and frontend vulnerability prevention.
Exposure to AI-assisted development tools, with the ability to review generated code and validate its correctness and security.
